WeARTolerance Workshop with people with Neurofibromatosis

On August 28th, the responsible for the WeARTolerance project Ana Beato and the theater mediator Sofia Ângelo organized a workshop, in which participated young people of different nationalities.

Topics such as mental health and stigma related to neurofibromatosis were discussed and theater exercises were carried out, in order to promote reflections about needs, challenges and solutions in this area.

This workshop was part of an international meeting organized between August 25th and September 1st, 2023, by NF Patients United and Associação Portuguesa de Neurofibromatose, our partner, aimed at people with neurofibromatosis and their families in Lisbon.
