42 years old, Licensed in Psychology, specialized in Integrative Cognitive-Behavioral Clinical Psychology from the University of Lisbon.
Experience of 12 years in Community Psychology (2007-2019) as a Psychologist at the Laranjeiro Solidarity and Development Association, serving at the same time as the Coordinator of the +XL Project - "Escolhas" Program in its 5th and 6th Generations from 2013 to 2019, and also a member of the Restricted Committee of the Child and Youth Protection Commission of Almada.
Since 2020, Psychologist at the Alto dos Moinhos School Group, Terrugem-Sintra, developing the Ubuntu Weeks and Ubuntu Clubs - focused on Social Emotional Learning; the peer to peer mentorship programs and also developing in the School Group, the municipal Projects "Socio-emotional DNA" and "Relational Education".
Academically (2001-2007), was a member of the board of the Student Association of the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Lisbon and one of the founding members of the new theater group "Ultimacto" at the same institution.
